Having built his career in programming, networking, SQL and both open and closed source platforms, Darryl Maroun utilised his breadth of IT experience and entrepreneurial spirit to found Netology in 1996.
In 2018 Netology and Bluekey Network Solutions came together to form Seidor Networks to harness the best of both businesses to form an IT Managed Services Provider. Success has been achieved by following the ITIL service delivery framework, Project Management best practice as well as driving internal continuous improvement.
Darryl Maroun, the MD of Seidor Networks, has combined a systematic yet critical thinking approach to business with an inverse focus on problem-solving that has created a successful commercial model built on a philosophy of “if something can go wrong it will go wrong, but expecting the worst makes us prepared.” This lateral approach has created a high energy team that works collaboratively and proactively to ensure that there is ongoing continuous improvement and that customers are serviced in a professional, inclusive and fact-based manner. Darryl believes that setting your team up for success and enabling them to continually learn and improve learning allows for both individuality and cohesiveness that creates a high performing team that enables foundational infrastructures for high performing companies.
